Their program draws from the worlds of contemporary classical and avant garde jazz featuring works by Molly Joyce, Paula Matthusen, Ambrose Akinmusire feat. SEVEN)SUNS, Masatora Goya, Vijay Iyer, Judd Greenstein, and Andy Akiho incorporating complex meters, improvisation, FX, and nonconventional forms. Virtuosic, adventurous, and charismatic, RighteousGIRLS play with white-hot intensity and cool control.
